QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- Supporting production and supplier about workplace design
- verification and improvement of ergonomics in manual workplaces in Production and Auxiliary Areas
- Periodical review of ergocheck analyses.
- Creating OPL and sharing with MFx’s, reporting red machines to upper management.
- Creating routings for new products, processes or machines.
- Actualization and maintenance of work plans acc. APC analysis
- Reporting of APC analysis and control of data’s
- Actualization of Zv Analyses
- Analyzing and reporting workload of employee and MMB Analyses,
- Defining scalable working models
- Tracking/actualization of 'Colors of Productivity’
- Supporting RPP activities and VICTA (A3 Projects)
- Analyzing workload in indirect areas’ planning manufacturing layout, coordination of relocation activities and support long-term layout planning.
- Creating and approving layout WorkON
- Plan moderate and report results of FOL / Vision Layout WS.
- Performance Test / Final acceptance and MAE release for new design MAE’s, existing and or duplicated machines.
- Supporting BPS activities (Value Stream, PGL, Powerschift, Cycle Material Supply, Fast Improvement, Speed Week, Standardized Work, QCO, FOL, Milkrun, LLD, etc.)
- Supporting activities in digital transformation workpackage administration
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree from Industrial Engineering
- Experience in Production
- BPS knowledge, Ergonomics
- Effective Time Management Skills
- Proficiency in Turkish and English (German is an asset)
