- Work experience at least 3 years in the field of Industrial Engineering
- Excellent English for business communication (spoken, written)
- Excellent Russian for business communication (spoken, written)
- Confident user of basic computer programmes
- Ability to work on their own, hardworking, self-disciplined
- Free for travel for local business travels
- Driving license
- Turkish Citizenship
- Military service
