Contribute to the creation and implementation of best practice (STS) SYNLAB Transformation System’s vision, strategy, policies, processes and procedures to aid and improve operational performance across SYNLAB Turkey

Duties and Responsibilities “What you have to do”
Become integrated with local laboratory management to develop and deliver a robust continuous improvement strategy for their business.
Implement and support cultural change across the organization and drive business improvement.
Provide management, analytical and research skills and expertise across associated laboratories to support embedding the culture of continuous improvement across the workforce.
Provide advise and guidance to operational management on the prioritization and scope of change across WAVES/ Initiatives, ensuring appropriate prioritization, realistic delivery timescales and ensuring maximum impact is achieved.
Lead the diagnostic, design, implementation and sustainment of LEAN methodology and associated tools within the business/ laboratories. These are all part of the SYNLAB Transformation System (STS).
Responsible for managers to identify, develop and implement business improvement opportunities across SYNLAB Turkey’s laboratory network, ensuring delivery against their associated outcomes.
Working with operational managers, define best practice operating standards/ procedures for SYNLAB’s laboratory network, identifying where gaps exist and support the development of remedial plans to make associated changes.
Provide expertise, professional advice and guidance to the business in continuous improvement, drawing from proven industry practice and methodologies.
Undertake business process analysis, statistical analysis for improvement projects to support wider change.
Lead, define and develop continuous improvement activities designed to improve performance, such as the planning and running of lean events.
Support the senior management team in the wider change process to support the cultural shift.
Provide accurate and concise weekly reports on progress of waves, understanding the risks, dependencies, budgets, resourcing, issues, critical milestones and forthcoming pipeline, and actions necessary to ensure success.
To undertake any other reasonable duty, when requested to do so by an appropriate manager.
Demonstrate on going competency against training plans and participate positively in CPD (continuous professional development) activities.
