QUALIFICATIONS
- Preferably graduated from industrial engineering faculty,
- Min. 3 year of experience in the food industry,
- Strong work ethic and commitment to excellence

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to make company operations more efficient while maintaining quality standards
- Ability to work in a team environment, interact appropriately with all levels of the organization, and represent the area professionally
- Strong knowledge of food safety and food technology standards
- Excellent grasp of concepts and practice of Efficiency and Productivity
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel/Word) programs;
- Good understanding and use of problem solving tools (PDCA, Cause & Effect Diagram),
- Ability to work in shifts and alternative production hours,
- Ability to work under pressure,
- Planning and working in harmony in a multicultural environment,
- Good communication skills,
- Reliable and high level of professional integrity,

DESCRIPTION
- Guarantee compliance with quality standards and procedures.
- Participates in the decision-making process for corrective and preventive actions within the Production Department,
- Plans, monitors and evaluates business results; provides training and discipline to employees.
- Manages KPIs related with production lines,
- Inform and guide employee on the use of checkpoints, equipment and resources. It provides a clean and safe working environment for the personnel.
- Ensures implementation and compliance of HSE guidelines in the production area,
- Observes the quality of raw materials and final products,
- Manages processes and material flows. Works to maximize equipment utilization. Monitors material orders.
- Helps develop, update and maintain procedures and documentation for all Quality and Management Systems.
- Ensures that employees receive on-the-job training and these trainings are documented,
- Accompanies inspections in its sector and takes corrective actions in case of deviations.
