- Bachelor's or Master’s Degree inIndustrial Engineering from a reputable university
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as Industrial Engineer/Continuous Improvement in Production
- Strong skills aboutanalytical thinking,decision making, and problem solving
- Having experience withDigital Way of Working andIndustry 4.0
- Excellent verbal and written skills inEnglish
- Good command of MS Office applications
- Having knowledge of coding with SQL or VBA will be nice
- Military service must be completed for male candidates
- Live/Willing to live inIzmit/Kocaeli
JOB DESCRIPTION
Industrial Engineer will have the opportunity to work on the following fields:
- Perform capacity and man-power analysis to achieve the targets of the factory
- Implement Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and follow-up of the machinery
- Define and deliver digital way of working projects throughout the different areas of manufacturing facilities
- Coordinate and follow Industry 4.0 project with all related functions
- Perform time studies and analysis to improve the existing system performances
- Promote and ensure the deployment of the actions set in the yearly Efficiency Action Plan, in agreement with the operative functions of the plant
- Implement Operational Excellence projects in the concepts of Kaizen Projects, 5S, PDCA, 7 Types of Waste, SMED and Value Stream Mapping
