QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Descriptions
- Formulate production plans and exchanges to ensure supply to the customer is on time and in correct quantities.
- Ensure effective communication to customers regarding any deviations to the production plan
- Learn about "Plant Optimization" in all dimensions and identify potential process improvement areas to improve efficiency and productivity
- Conduct studies to identify optimum kanban and stock levels by leveraging the MES implementation
- Closely work with PO pillars to identify potential FI projects and provide IE support for the implementation of projects
- Calculate C vs R studies for better capacity planning and utilization
- Conduct process de-bottlenecking studies and recommend solutions
Qualifications
- University degree from Industrial Engineering, or any related field,
- Min 2-5 years of experience related experience
- Fluency in both written & spoken English,
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills,
- Strong computer skills necessary for planning and inventory system management (SAP AP4, Prolag).
- Military service should be completed for male candidates
