We are looking for a “Industrial Manufacturing Engineer” for our global client about energy sector in Manisa with the following skills and the qualifications:

Degree in Industrial Engineer or Manufacturing Engineering

Fluency in verbal and written English

Minimum 5 years experience Industrialization / Methods related positions

Knowledge of Kaizen, 6S, VSM , Lean and/or TPM activities is preferred

Completed military service for male candidates

• Guarantee the performance of industrial processes (DT, OEE, TTP)

• Implement adaptation on the processes and manufacturing workstation for existing products by improving the industrial performance, in a manual process, automatic process PLC (Programmable Logic Control) using techniques and tools.

• Involved in the specifications and quotation of new line architectures and industrial scenarios in order to meet Safety/Quality/Lead Times and productivity requirements.

• Ensure the deployment of principles and implements Lean/ 6 Sigma tools.

• Manage the capacities vs workload balance with the dedicated tools (iQ simulation, CAMA, CORIM, Bridge) in internal and external lines.

• Optimize Lead Times and assure capacity of the lines.

• Guide the choice of designers by providing industrial and logistical requirements.

• Realize industrial instructions and procedures. Ensure training and support to manufacturing workers.

• Involved in the introduction and industrialization of new products processes.

• Study the feasibility and profitability of investments adapted to the needs.

• Qualifies means and processes, in-plant but also at supplier location.

• Pilots' new productions ramp up.

• Participates actively to PFMEA, MFMEA and is responsible for ensuring that process robustness continuously replies to the needs of quality.

• Manage in the ERP the updating of material, BOMs routings when modifications are required.

• Manage in the ad-hoc system the updating of the organizational structure of the shopfloor (production line, work centers, storage locations) when modifications are required.

• Drive digital transformation in the plant by being the key user of one or more manufacturing digital tools (MES, IIoT, AGV, AR, Cobot, RPA)
