Your contribution to something big:
· Create something new: Provide designated technical support to customers as outlined by the statement of work and industry best practices.
· Structured evaluation: Provide configuration review, troubleshooting and improved standard methodologies to our customers.
· Think holistically: Leading support cases, making sure to record, track, and resolve each issue efficiently and proactively
· Experience cooperation: You work closely together with Bosch Central Business Units and other Internal & external stakeholders.
· Networked communication: Excellent written and spoken communication skills, strength with establishing relationships
Qualifications
What distinguishes you:
- Education: Technical degree in Computer, Electronics or Mechatronics engineering
- Experience and knowledge: You have 5 to 8 years of professional experience in rolling out / implementing manufacturing automation solutions
- Know how:
- Working Practice: Deep technical knowledge and technical support with a strong customer focus or related experience
- Enthusiasm: You have a pioneering spirit and a strong willingness to work in an interdisciplinary and globally distributed team with a high level of personal responsibility.
