Job Purpose:
Acting as an IT Business Partner and reporting to IT Manager, this position will be responsible for providing IT-related solutions of business units such as HR, sales, marketing, medical, regulatory, pharmacovigilance and market access.
Responsibilities:
• Analyze the needs and expectations of the business units and search for solutions that will meet the expectations
• Determine alternative solutions and carry out feasibility and project design studies in cooperation with business units and suppliers/solution providers
• Meet the demands of the business units in a way to provide the highest customer satisfaction within the budget constraints
• Ensure integration between newly installed applications and existing applications
• Monitor the impact and effectiveness of existing business solutions and identify strategies for necessary improvements
• Perform or outsource consultancy, support, problem solving and training activities related to IT solutions developed for business units
• Follow technological and sectoral developments and proactively present IT solutions and business development opportunities that will contribute to the business units
• Manage relations with suppliers and solution providers, and make contracts for the provision of maintenance and support services
• Ensure all activities are carried out in accordance with legal requirements, regulations for the pharmaceutical industry, internal quality, compliance and information security procedures.
• Monitor and report of issues such as the creation of the project portfolio list, the status of the KPIs of the projects, their compliance with the time plan
• Determine the future IT needs of all business units; prepare the IT investment budget and monitor the compliance of the investments with the budget;
• Play active role in the preparation of long-term IT Strategic Plans and Roadmap
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems or related discipline
• Preferably 5+ years of experience in SAP HR Module, preferably in manufacturing environment with other module experiences such MM, PM, FI, PP, PS.
• Strong leadership experience with complex customer landscape
• Proficiency in English and Turkish
• Agile project oriented
