QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering fields,

· English spoken and written in advanced level,

· Min. 10 years of experience in Microsoft Server Architecture, min. 5 years of experience in Microsoft System Center and virtualization infrastructure, VMware in particular,

· Knowledge of networking, security systems and active devices,

· Monitoring and reconfiguring existing system capacities according to needs,

· Ability to develop new ideas or ways of doing business,

· Having the knowledge and skill experience to direct report team or to enable the team members to work effectively and efficiently,

· Having experience that can contribute to the technical and personal development of team members in order to increase work quality and productivity.

Job Description

· Supporting to manage, monitor and operate the IT infrastructure covering system hardware and software,

· Developing and implement installation and configuration procedures,

· Contributing to IT System standards and supporting compliance with system standards,

· Ensuring that the employees utilization of the IT infrastructure uninterruptedly,

· Exploring innovative approaches in the context of systems management,

· Identifying approaches that will reduce resource use and provide savings,

· Conveying the dangers and risks that are not included in the instructions, reported and determined, to the directorate and/or the relevant manager and leaders, together with the precautions,

· Being responsible for the development and performance evaluation of the personnel who report directly,

· Managing the supply in the matters within the scope of her/his responsibility.
