QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Role & Responsibilities
- Comply with LG regulations and policies on IT systems
- Setting up, operating and repairing computers, printers, etc. equipment
- Installation license servers of engineering applications and office applications
- Managing and maintaining the company network
- Responsible for all hardware and software issues including monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting,
- Providing end-user support for hardware, applications, tools, and systems,
- Create dashboards, reports, report templates, and analytic environments
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or related departments,
- Having 2 years experience in IT Departments with similar responsibilities,
- Familiar with the concepts of network security.
- Knowledge of computer hardware & networks, VoIP and Digital central management,
- Understanding of computer Hardware and maintenance processes.
- Operational experience supporting cloud technologies
- Basically knowledge of Software skills.
- MS Office applications are highly desirable
- Advanced management and communication skills,
- Analytical thinking, excellent problem-solving skills,
- Strong time management, ability to handle multiple projects at the same time
- Ability to work in a team, innovative personality, taking initiative and not avoiding responsibility, self-motivated
- 7/24 will be able to support the continuity of the system when necessary
- Excellent command of English
