QUALIFICATIONS WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Gratuated from a related fields
• Basic knowledge of Linux and Windows OS
• Basic knowledge of database systems
• Basic knowledge of monitoring tools and industry standard diagnostic tools
• Basic knowledge of Amazon Web Services is a plus
• Good analytical skills and initial troubleshooting skills for most of Production issues
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and document multiple tickets/tasks simultaneously
• Have strong verbal and written communication skills in English

JOB DESCRIPTION

The successful new joiner will be a member of a team, which enables him/her to improve his/her technical and personal competencies

He/she will be responsible for:

• Assist in creating a working 24/7 Tier 1 Operations environment to assist Tier 2/3 personnel.
• Provide timely response to all incidents, outages and performance alerts .Categorize issues for escalation to appropriate technical teams.
• Correlate and troubleshoot alarms collected by monitoring tools.
• Create and maintain tickets with service providers and internal teams to drive incidents to resolution.
• Maintain reports based upon ticket metrics.
• Proactively use monitoring tools (alarms, trending graphs) to determine production issues.
• Perform any duties as assigned to ensure the proper operation of the NOC.
• Ensure all NOC Operations activities are accurately recorded with complete and accurate information.
