As a First Line Infrastructure Engineer within our EMEA IT Infrastructure Team, you will be responsible for providing first-class service support to our internal customer base. You will work closely with colleagues in our multi-national IT team, using your keen organisational skills to manage a varied and busy workload, maintain accurate records and ensure quality communications within our ITSM system. The role will also enable you to build on your existing IT technical skills by gaining exposure to a wide range of cutting edge enterprise technologies, providing remote support to users throughout multiple sites in EMEA locations.

Remote support (via phone and ITSM System)

- Computer and software maintenance using remote access and deployment tools
User & Permissions Management
- Active Directory,

- Cisco Unified Communications Manager
- Uniflow
Systems & Backup monitoring
- PRTG
- Cisco Meraki
- Veeam
Requirements:
- Conversational English language skills essential
- Strong problem solving, analytical skills
- Deep understanding of VOIP – mainly SIP and ISDN
- Familiarity with access control models and network security
- BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field or final college years
- Strong client-facing and presentation skills
- Proactive, passionate approach
Nice to have:
- ·Professional certification (e.g. ITIL)
- PowerShell and Batch scripting skills
- Previous workig experience in a similar role
- Previous Active Directory, Office 365, Cisco Meraki and Cisco Unified Communication
- Manager CUCM administration experience
