QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

OBJECTIVE

Responsible for managing the activities of the area, planning and managing capabilities of the IT infrastructure, promoting and implementing process improvements and technologies, managing internal staff, services from suppliers and executing infra projects, aimed at ensuring the performance and availability of infrastructure and systems.

IT Infrastructure = Telephony, Network, servers, data center, Telecom, Links, IT assets, Architecture and security

• IT Infrastructure Management

Manage computing environments in local data centers optimizing and improving services, in order to ensure the performance and availability of all company systems such as Oracle, VP, M-Tech, Cat2, hand held, and automation system

• Manage infrastructure service providers and systems

Ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLA) with IT service providers

• New IT Technologies

Explore and implement new technologies that bring greater operational efficiency and cost reduction in order to use the market benchmark technology delivering business value

• IT Infrastructure Plan

Management capacity and performance of the IT environment, designing and planning the demand for IT resources, thus enabling the scalable and sustainable growth of the business

• People Management

Responsible for keeping the team in constant updating and technical and behavioral change, through training and exchange of experiences with market specialists. Engage the values and culture of BRF, in order to motivate them and guide them to achieve the goals set by the organization

REQUIRED EDUCATION, SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer engineering or Telecommunication engineering
• Certification/specialization in networking, Cisco or Microsoft
• ITIL certification is a differential
• English is a must
• Minimum 5 years full time, progressive experience with IT infrastructure, LAN/ WAN, database, network, telephony system
