GENEL NİTELİKLER

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Setting up and arranging for meetings between the patient and the Hospital staff.

• Informing the transportation team, Medical team, and Hospital staff of the arranged meetings.

• Verbal translation between the doctor and patient.

• Informing the patient of the pre- and post- medical procedures.

• Checking on the patient and making sure that they are satisfied with the service.

• Marketing of the Post Treatment Care products and selling them to the patient.

• Being available to translate between the doctor and patient at appointments such as consultation appointments, medical examinations, and explaining to the patient about the procedure of the surgical dressings after an operation.

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

• English : Written and Spoken (the ability to speak with patients in english)

• Able to communicate in any of the other languages : French and Arabic

• Able to listen and follow instructions

• Able to communicate and listen to people’s requirements.

• Able to multitask and be proactive

• Suitable with flexible hours

• Able to communicate with people from different backgrounds

• Passionate about work

• Organised, enthusiastic, and an energetic person

• Diploma / Undergraduate degree / Graduate degree are accepted
