- University degree in English Language Teaching, English Language and Literature or American Culture and Literatur,
- Able to work full-time,
- Have experience in teaching,
- Willing to work with adults, energetic and has a positive attitude,
- At least 3 years of experience as an English teacher,
- Able to use educational technologies effectively,
- Proactive and result oriented,
- High communication skills,
- Have no difficulty in adapting to new cultures,
- Willing to work flexible working hours,
- Organize educational programs provide personal information, and make a difference for participant,
- Preferably those residing/ able to reside in the Izmit, Gebze, Tuzla, Pendik, Kartal, Maltepe E5 route
JOB DESRCIPTION
As Berg Metal, a German company residing in Kocaeli - Dilovası Machinery Specialization Organized Industrial Zone, we are looking for a teammate to work as an English Teacher / Trainer within our growing organization.
- He/She will take the language level of the participants in the training process to the next level,
- Determining and planning specific programs for participants,
- Identification of appropriate materials, resources and approaches according to the level of the participants,
- Organizing and following up current lesson plans, attendance records, assessment exams, assessment grades,
- Relevant and timely guidance, feedback and follow-up of language trainees about their performance, achievements and development needs,
- Providing feedback and reporting on courses and training recipients in certain periods
