QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Kastamonu Entegre Ağaç Sanayi which is one of the two locomotive companies of Hayat Holding was established in year 1969 for production in the wooden panel industry and today became a global power which is the 1st in Turkey, the 4th in Europe and the 6th in the world in its field. Kastamonu Entegre Headquarters is looking for a “Innovation Senior Specialist” in Business Planning and Innovation Directorate. The position is based in Altunizade, Istanbul.
Job roles details:
- Defining and managing our main responsibilities in our international innovation projects namely ECOBULK and E2COMATION which are funded by EU Horizon2020 programme
- Following-up of all technical and administrative tasks in ECOBULK and E2COMATION in accordance with the project schedule
- Designing and managing the necessary communication and governance structure within the company for the successful progress of the project activities
- Organizing project communication meetings, tracking man-month efforts and to-do-lists
- Representing our company in international project meetings, reporting, and following-up meeting outputs
- Introducing project activities in critical national and international platforms
- Managing new product development projects, which are designed based on our customer needs and Customer Innovation Project Portfolio
- Collecting customer insights through routine meetings, designing solutions that will contribute to customer vision
- Carrying out the necessary cooperation and promotional activities in the journey of commercialization of our product ideas in national and international level
Skills:
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Proficiency in MS Office programs
- Strong communication skills and experience working with cross-functional teams
- No restriction to travel both domestic and abroad
- Experience in manufacturing and/or IT industry is appreciated
Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant disciplines
- MBA and/or any other further qualification is appreciated
- 3+ years of experience in international innovation project management preferably in Horizon2020 or other EU RDI programmes (eg. EUREKA, Eurostars, ERA-NET)
