The ideal candidate is a civil engineer with experience working on projects designed based on calculations and research, controlling subcontractors, and performing safely on schedule.
It requires the ability to complete projects on a planned schedule by strong organizational management and communication skills.
Responsibility
- Work closely with the TEIAS project manager to establish and implement the project schedule
- Write an official letter to be sent to TEIAS, the project owner, and translate the official letter received from TEIAS into English, report and respond
- Implement the project according to the contract standards
- Control subcontractors with safety as the top priority
Qualification
- Bachelor of Civil Engineering
- Fluent English conversation and writing skills
- More than 3 years of experience in civil engineering design, land development, and civil development projects related to land use permit - Strong organizational control, analysis and communication skills.
