General Requirements
· Master student in Human Resources or new graduate from Business Administration, Economics, or related disciplines from reputable universities.
· Preferably at least internship experience in HR departments of multinational corporate organization.
· Excellent command of English both written and verbal. (German is a plus)
· Knowledge and user experience in MS Office Applications.
· Outgoing personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Advanced planning, organization and analyzing skills with high attention to details.
· Understanding of changing business dynamics and proven ability to adapt, realign, re-prioritize goals and action.
· Proactive, solution oriented and creative mindset.
Job Description
· Supporting HR operation processes such as maintaining hard & soft copy of employee files; ensuring all files are up-to-date and accessible in HR database.
· Take full responsibility in HR database and Org. Chart, ensuring all data are up-to-date and accessible.
· Perform personnel affairs including collection, processing and verification of annual leaves and health reports data, preparation of employment contracts and other documents
· Collaborate with vendors and carry out daily/weekly/monthly transactions related to the employee benefits.
· Conduct health & safety process
· Support employees about paper works.
· Making research about various HR projects and making bench-marking.
· Participating and supporting other HR projects and initiatives; according to candidate’s professional development and personal interests.
