About the role


We have an excellent opportunity at Corporate HR Team Maxx Royal Resorts & Voyage Hotels Groups in Antalya for a HR Business Partner to join us and provide support and expertise to both our Maxx Royal Resorts and Voyage Hotels divisions.


You will work as a team member of Group HR Team as well close contact with our Hotels HR Management Team and L&D Leaders around you to deliver a productive and forward-thinking HR plan to the business.


You will use your experience to coach our site leaders on several key focus areas including Change Management, Engagement, Performance & Talent, Employee Relations and Recruitment & Selection. You will be a problem solver who is trusted in resolving challenging situations, continually driving best practice and ensuring compliance with all company procedures, policies and employment legislation.


You will be experienced in supporting and enabling line managers to competently deal with performance, absence, disciplinary and grievance issues. In addition, you should have a track record of working in a progressive and collaborative employee engagement.


As you'll be a single point of contact between Group HR Management vs. Hotel Management and Hotel's HR & Organisational Development Teams; it's important that you can also take a more strategic approach to HR matters so that we can remain competitive in the wider industry. Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Labor Economics, Social Sciences or Engineering
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in English
  • Listening different perspectives and showing flexibility
  • Strong interpersonal negotiation and coaching skills
  • Knowledge of multiple HR diciplines is an asset
  • Ready to take responsibility to change management & organizational development
