Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant departments (Preferably in Social Sciences, Business Administration or similar)
- Good knowledge of English,
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Good command of MS Office Applications,
- Minimum 1 year of HR experience
- SAP SuccessFactors knowledge is a plus
- No military obligation for male candidates

Job Description
- Supporting implementation of HR strategies and processes (Recruitment, Career and Talent Management, Training and Development, Employee Engagement, Performance Management)
- Taking a role in projects to increase employee engagement and to empower employer brand
- Supporting internal and corporate communication activities
- Investigating HR trends and developing new applicable ideas
