Vitalen Auto Performance, Inc. continues to grow rapidly in Turkey and internationally with its young and dynamic staff. We are looking for a "Human Resources Specialist" to be assigned to our Ankara Headquarters.

General Qualifications

  • Graduated from related departments of universities,
  • At least 5 years of experience in personnel processes and in the HR departments of corporate companies,
  • Experienced in SGK (Social Security Institution) applications,
  • Having knowledge of Social Insurance, Occupational Health and Safety, Incentive Practices, and other legislations related to Labor Law,
  • Organizational structuring, Selection-Placement, Orientation and Training Planning, Performance Management,
  • Interested in employee and work psychology, highly motivated, with strong communication and management skills, prone to teamwork,
  • Proficient in using MS Office, CRM and Workcube programs,
  • Improved business tracking and reporting skills,
  • Fluent in "English"
  • Completed his military service.

Job description

  • Follow-up of recruitment processes (organization of appointments, preparation of candidate status report, preliminary interviews)
  • Making job offers and following up the people who will start the job,
  • Preparation of personnel files, follow-up of files, updating personnel files,
  • Follow-up of annual leave, private health insurance and other legal processes and outsource personnel transactions,
  • Active execution of orientation and compulsory training functions,
  • Developing and implementing the regulations, procedures and instructions applied throughout the company regarding Human Resources practices within an effective system,
  • Follow-up and implementation of disciplinary processes,
  • Following Job Descriptions, Organization Charts and OHS processes,
  • Ensuring the integration of Quality Management Systems and Human Resources processes.
