- Recruitment for our local and global offices
- Creating talent & engagement strategy, employer branding, talent acquisition activities
- Cooperation with universities and relevant organisations
- Supporting HR functions such as performance management, training and organizational development
- Executing onboarding activities in a timely and effective manner
Requirements
- Advanced English skills
- 2+ years of experience of end-to-end recruitment with a track record of successfully hiring under short timelines
- Proven ability to recruit candidates preferably on technology industry, with the ability to engage with senior candidates and stakeholders
- Passionate about Technology, Disruptive models, Organisational Culture, and Talent Management
- Ability to learn about new markets quickly
- Good understanding of employment laws and related policies
