TRINOX' un üretim tesisleri Tekirdağ, Avrupa Serbest Bölgesi (ASB) bölgesinde 81.600 metrekarelik bir alanda yer almaktadır. Şirket yılda 60.000 ton 2B yüzey ve 15.000 BA yüzey ile toplam 75.000 ton üretim kapasitesine sahiptir. Dünyaca ünlü bir paslanmaz çelik işleme iş grubunun Türkiye organizasyonu olan TRINOX METAL, üretimden işleme ve pazarlamaya kadar tüm değer zincirinde yer almakta ve günümüz müşterilerinin hızlı değişen iş ortamlarında daha kaliteli ve çözüm odaklı bir anlayışla müşteri memnuniyeti için çalışmaktadır.

TRINOX METAL stainless, which started its activities in 2007 as Turkey's first cold rolling stainless steel producer, is one of Turkey's leading steel plate producers. TRINOX's production facilities are located on an area of 81,600 square meters in Tekirdağ, European Free Zone (ASB). Trinox Metal has a total production capacity of 75,000 tons per year, with 60,000 tons of 2B surfaces and 15,000 BA surfaces. TRINOX METAL, the Turkish organization of a world-renowned stainless steel processing business group, is involved in the entire value chain from production to processing and marketing and works for customer satisfaction with a better quality and solution-oriented understanding in today's rapidly changing business environments.

We need a teammate as Human Resources Supervisor role for Human Resources Department with the following qualifications and reponsibilities:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant department of universities; Labor Economics and Industrial Relations, Management&Organization or Industrial Engineering.
  • Must have Min 8 years of experience in HR roles, especially production, industrial companies.
  • Especially experienced and proven track in following HR Processes; Recruitment, Performance Management, Organizational Development, Industrial Relations and Compensation&Benefits.
  • Having strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Strong team player, with high energy, disciplined and result oriented.
  • Has a good command of English.
  • Male candidates must have completed military service.
  • Who lives / can live in Çorlu or Çerkezköy.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementing Human Resources policies in line with the company's vision and strategic goals.
  • To carry out the relations with the institutions and organizations related to HR.
  • To plan and implement the organization of human resources (recruitment, onboarding and training development activities of suitable candidates) necessary for the achievement of the golas of the Company.
  • Identifying the qualifications of the workforce and determining employee competencies through job analysis.
  • Establishing and improving the business culture and internal procedures.
  • To prepare plans for the company's annual workforce needs.
  • Controlling and reporting labor and other Human Resources costs.
  • To carry out the hiring and lay off processes in accordance with the law, regulation and relevant legislation.
  • To measure employee engagement and to carry out activities that increase engagement.
  • Carrying out the training & development and career management activities of the employees.
