· University degree (preferably in social or administrative sciences).
· Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources.
· Excellent command of English.
· Proficiency in MS Office programs.
· Strong communication and organizational skills.
· Strong analytical skills and the ability to apply these skills into HR environment.
· Ability to multitask in a high energy, fast paced environment.
· Supporting the general HR activities (Recruitment, training, and organization etc.)
· Follow up all HR procedures and revise if it is required.
· Responsible for the general administration of the Head Office.
· Manage with the recruitment and interview process at Fulya Office.
· Coordinate HR projects such as meetings, training and survey, performance system.
· Managing day to day employee relations matters, influencing employee communication toensure engagement and clarity.
· Supporting the compansation and benefit management.
· Manage work contracts, agreements and relationship with subcontractors.
· Ensure to implement functional orientation programs.
· Managing HR Purchasing process. (PR-PO using SAP modul)
· Employer branding management with 3rd party for HR related subjects.
· Linkedin profile management, leadership management.
· Part time, assisting and supporting General Manager.
