We are seeking highly qualified, dynamic candidates willing to pursue a professional career in a rewarding and fast growing business environment as Inside Sales MEA - Purification & Feed (Located in Balıkesir).
Position will be crucial to support smooth business operations and link between CSD and Sales in Africa. Supporting Sales, Marketing, Market Intelligence and Commercial Projects.
Responsibilities
Essential Function 1: Customer Portfolio Management
- Manage, Maintain and Support accounts and customer requests for Purification and Feed in MEA (Focus Africa)
- Master Data and Price Maintenence
- Support major projects (Seker) for business expansion, sample handling, etc.
- Develop & Support with Sales Manager in charge new accounts.
Essential Function 2: Sales Assistant, Business support
- Customer contact point for Purification and Feed in MEA (Focus Africa)
- Bussiness support to the Regional Sales Managers (Africa, Middle East, Turkey)
- Follow-up on accounts receivables, overdues, inventories and other KPI
- Active Cash Collection, Inventory planning & monitoring
Essential Function 3: CSD Africa (Key Focus South Africa and Africa)
- Liase with Impex South Africa and GBS Poland on imports of South Africa stock
- Raise PR's to import stock and run MRP on a weekly basis and process sales orders in SAP
- Manage, Enter, Follow-up complaints in SAP QNS system
- SAP key User
Requirements
- Business Administration university degree, MBA or equivalent
- Minimum 2-3 years in position of business support, customer relations or Customer Support
- Experience in Imports / Exports Sales Environment preference
- Knowledge of SAP and international exports essential
- Fluent in both spoken and written English is a must
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Living or willing to live in Balıkesir
- No military obligation for male candidates
