QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Paraşüt is an Istanbul-based startup developing a cloud bookkeeping software to empower small businesses in Turkey. We have been named as Webrazzi’s #1 SaaS startup 7 years in a row. We pride ourselves on being a vital part of the lives of 30k small businesses. In 2019, we joined Mikro Yazılım and Zirve Yazılım under Mikrogrup, a holding company funded by Turkven & Earlybird. In addition to Paraşüt, Mikrogrup companies consist of Mikro Yazılım, Zirve Yazılım, Muhasebetech, Shopside, and MevzuatTR.
Our inside sales team is responsible for pitching, closing, and retaining customers. We are looking for a talented and competitive Inside Sales Representative that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment. The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, qualifying prospects, generating interest, and closing sales.
Specifically, you will
- Achieve or exceed monthly revenue quotas and objectives
- Develop deep understanding of customer needs and wants
- Consistently build, prioritize and manage an effective pipeline of leads
- Successfully manage and overcome prospect objections
- Close customers multiple outbound sales calls everyday
Job Requirements
- High interest in joining a startup; passionate about innovation & technology
- 1-2 years telephone-based sales experience; or eager to launch a career in sales
- A friendly, outgoing personality who loves interacting with customers
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Self-driven, motivated and results oriented
- Life long learner, loves a challenge, is a true problem-solver
- Turkish & English fluency
