QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

• Preferably graduated from Industrial Engineering or having a bachelor's or master's degree in fields related to Supply Chain Management,

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the Supply Chain Management

• Minimum 3 years of experience in team management

• Experience in APS and BI Solutions

Job Description

• Responsible for monthly recurring S&OP process, demand planning, resource planning and inventory planning activities,

• Synchronize information flow, material flow and financial flow,

• Facilitate monthly demand forecast aggregation, including consensus between all functions and stakeholders.

• Responsible for statistical demand forecasting, unconstrained and constrained demand plan,

• Responsible for network optimization to mitigate cost and maximize service and profitability,

• Leading Supply Chain Transformation projects,

• Aid in the design, development, and implementation Advanced Planning and Scheduling solution.
