Koci Lazion is a full-service general contractor, construction management & construction materials supplier company located in Istanbul, Turkey. We provide design, development, renovation, restoration, and remodeling for residential, commercial, and industrial buildings.
Koci Lazion ideal candidate is self-motivated, organized, energetic and enthusiastic. This opportunity is open to new graduates or have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the interior design field. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Effectively manage multiple design projects simultaneously
• Lead, collaborate and participate with the design team on all aspects of the design
• Support Operation and Production Managers on daily tasks
•Designing Kitchen & Bathroom Cabinets before the production takes place
• Analyze and produce drawings, construction documents, technical documents, drawings etc., according to clients’ need and project scope
• Price designed projects, preparing costs and revenue reports for each project
• Track and update the project’s status and schedule
• Prepare technical and commercial parts of tender packages
• Create 3D models when necessary
• Use Cabinet Vision, and other software’s as required
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design or Architect
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
• Required software knowledge in: AutoCAD, Cabinet Vision
• Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely (verbally and in writing) in English
• Proactive, take-charge attitude in resolving problems with creative solutions
• Possess high attention to detail, highly organized and results driven
