Qualıfıcatıons:
- Minimum bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Data Science and Engineering or closely related areas
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in audit, consultancy or controlling
- Preferably Internal audit related certifications (CIA, CISA etc.)
- Comfortable to present and communicatein English; both in writing andspeaking
- Competency in MS Office applications (and preferably SQL-based data management systems),
- Good interpersonal skills combined with a strong customer focus
- Curious and growth mindset allowing to develop further outside of comfort zone, able to think critically and use different perspectives
- Good analytical skills to manage large volume of information from various sources and extract what is essential
- Willing to work agile meaning working within guidelines but without boundaries,
- No military obligation for male candidates
Responsibilities;
- Support and execute with limited supervision all phases of audit engagements: planning, fieldwork , reporting & closing as well as follow-up as per Allianz Audit Manual.
- Planning: Participate in pre-audit planning i.e. risk assessment and scope definition for internal audit engagements.
- Fieldwork: Execute, fieldwork for internal audit engagements in a timely manner; analyze and assess effectiveness of internal controls in processes under the audit area,conclude audit work program with objective results and validation obtained from responsible management units. Update Head of IA as necessary.
- Reporting: Participate reporting of improvement areasidentified during fielwork to the top management. Support Head of IA in determining the rating for issues and the report. Provide value added, practical but sustainable recommendations. Prepare the closing presentation on the back of the work performed during fieldwork.
- Closing: complete quality and fact-based documentation of project work with traceable deliverables.
- Follow-up: Monitor the implementation of action plans and recommendation subsequent to audit findings.
- Support delivery of small-scale team initiatives
- Establish and foster a continuous, productive relationship with key stakeholders from governance functions; Risk Management, Internal Control, Compliance and Legal as well as functions such as Finance, Sales, Hr and Operations.
- Monitor legal requirements and new trends for risks; make recommendations to meet these requirements.
