QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an "Internal Audit Specialist" to work with us in Internal Audit Group

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management Engineering, Industrial Engineering or other qualified discipline of reputable universities.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in process analysis and improvement, risk management, internal control, internal audit, IT general controls, financial control, external audit or related areas
• Having strong multi-tasking and planning skills
• Passionate about learning and developing herself / himself
• Good verbal and written communication skills in Turkish and English
• Having strong reporting, analysis and presentation skills
• Advanced use of MS Office applications,
• Experience in use of process flow documentation and management tools,
• Experience in process, risks and controls analysis over SAP system is an asset,
• No travel restrictions,
• No military obligations for male candidates

• Manage and perform internal audit activities of holding and its subsidiaries
• Industry experience for the above-mentioned areas; in audit/ advisory companies- preferably in risk assurance/ advisory services, and/ or conglomerates, energy, construction, retail, textile or related sectors,
• Execute risk-based process audits (including financial, compliance and operational perspectives) in accordance with International Internal Auditing Standards
• Identifying improvement areas, providing recommendations for effectiveness and efficiency of the processes and internal control system
• Controlling the process inventory, documenting the process flowcharts, conducting as-is analysis of the current process, risk management and internal control system,
• Provide insight on compliance with company policies and procedures and regulations, and recommends improvements
