QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS
We’re looking for an Internal Audit Specialist to join Holding Internal Audit Team with the skills such as;
- University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Internal Audit
- Experience in Investigation studies,
- Having CIA, CPA or CRMA certificates is a plus
- Experience in Production sector and a multinational companies is a plus,
- Experience in SAP system is a plus,
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office Applications
- Fluent in English
- Excellent business writing and verbal communication skills
- Team member, having an analytical mindset, result oriented,
- No military service obligation for male candidates
- Travel flexibility
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Perform process audits, operational audits and compliance audits of all group companies in a professional manner and in accordance with the approved audit program,
- Ensure completion of audits/projects within agreed timescales
- Analyze operational and management processes and system controls’ effectiveness and efficiency in view to improve them and propose value-added, creative recommendations and control practices for the audit findings
- Prepare and organize working papers with adequate documentation showing nature, scope and results of examination
- Presenting and reporting the audit findings in well-drafted and understandable manner,
- Responsible for the audits of Holding and all of its group companies, in Turkey and abroad,
