We are looking for “Internal Audit Specialist” who will be a member of Internal Audit Team.

WHICH SPECIALITIES THAT MAKES YOU PUT FORWARD IN THE POSITION WE ARE LOOKING FOR?

  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering,
  • Minimum 1-2 years experience in internal audit, risk management, consultancy or financial audit practices (preferably in Big 4 companies),
  • Proficiency in key accounting transactions is required to complete the audit steps and perform financial analysis,
  • Excellent report writing skills,
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English,
  • Ability to plan effectively, organize and prioritize tasks in a challenging environment to meet deadlines,
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills with the co-workers, auditees and external contacts,
  • Strong communication, analytical thinking, problem solving, negotiation and project management skills,
  • Having proactive business development focus and personal development motivation,
  • CIA or CPA certificate is a plus,
  • No domestic or international travel restrictions,
  • No military service obligation for male candidates.

WHAT IS DONE IN THIS POSITION?

  • Contributing to the risk assessment and annual audit plan preparation processes,
  • Conducting internal audit assignments in accordance with annual internal audit plan and international standards
  • Developing or tailoring detailed audit/risk plans and programs for each audit assignment,
  • Sound judgment in assessing risks and controls and identifying control weaknesses and exceptions to mitigate the financial, operational and compliance risks ensuring efficiency and effectiveness,
  • Prepare internal audit workpapers and audit reports in line with the standards
  • A commercial viewpoint in providing value adding recommendations and advice to the businesses,
  • Present audit findings to the auditees and Senior Management,
  • Following up on agreed actions to continue to support and aid management to implement agreed actions efficiently and timely,
  • Conducting ethics investigations,
  • Honesty and integrity at all times, complying with all relevant professional and business ethical standards,
  • Willingness to support business in risk awareness and policy compliance thru providing training or consultancy work.
