Job Description
We are currently offering an opportunity for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join us in starting something remarkable as a Internal Communication and Engagement Responsible in Development of Business Excellence Department (RBTR/DBE).
Your contribution to something big:
- Create and manage the communications for internal campaigns
- Create and manage the process of content creation for internal communication, coordinate with content teams to deliver the final product creation and idea
- Creation of an internal communication strategy for Bosch Turkey HQ
- Support internal communication and people engagement process
- Promote DBE (Development of Business Excellence Department) activities within the organization and supporting leadership communication activities
- Organize and manage internal DBE events
- Create and manage Bosch Turkey HQ internal channels of communication
Qualifications
What distinguishes you:
- Bachelor's Degree in Communications, or Business Administration with focus on Communications, public relations, or marketing.
- 3-4 years experience in similar roles
- Creative skills and thinking outside the box
- Outstanding storytelling and presentation skills (PowerPoint, Graphic Design etc.)
- Being digital savvy - familiarity with information technology, digital and video means of communication
- Excellent writing, editing skills as well as journalistic ability to source stories from employees
- Experienced in taking a communications idea from concept to reality with creativity and attention to detail across a wide variety of communications channels and media.
- Track record in the design and delivery of strategic internal communications and engagement programs and projects
- Very good relationship-building skills
- Excellent team player
