You Will

  • Take full ownership of international operations and related KPIs - from customer service to onboarding new professionals and translations with a focus on growing a strong marketplace;
  • Monitor real-time data and report on KPIs, revise success metrics as business challenges and data evolve;
  • Lead and grow our international operations and sales team accountable for Romania, Egypt, Hungary, Poland, Czechia, UK, Saudi Arabia and potential new countries;
  • Continuously understand operations and sales performance across countries, define priorities and individual team member performance improvement opportunities;
  • Identify operational and structural problems; improve policies, processes and engage stakeholders to align on creating new ones when required;
  • Collect data to support improvement initiatives and establish a continuous communication with stakeholder departments including Product, Marketing, Category Management, and Finance;
  • Be a great people manager, coach the team while maintaining a solid team culture.

You Have

  • Relevant Bachelor or Master’s degree;
  • Fluent in English, preferably also in Turkish, Romanian or Arabic;
  • 5-8 years experience in customer service and/or sales;
  • 2+ years of experience in management;
  • Ability to take responsibility and ownership;
  • Proven written and verbal communication skills in a business environment;
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills;
  • Hunger for knowledge including new technologies and skills;
  • Courage to face ambiguity and uncertainty.
