Having minimum 7-years experience in retail management
Being able to think analytically,

Having a high level of Computer Literacy, and a good command of software and Excel,
Having experience in Personnel Management, Product Management and coherent store visuality,

JOB DESCRIPTION
Prepare sales budget for the area under his/her responsibility and present it to Head of Commercial
Develop and check pricing strategies of Franchise stores through market analysis of competition, market trends and value added solution selling tactics,
Ensure coordination of related departments with Franchise stores by faciliating their working processes,
Making needs analysis in order to understand the conditions of current market and have insight for future new markets,
Consistently visit Franchise stores and areas to develop relationship and find new investments,
Follow and check sales and stock ratios of Franchise stores by working to fulfill his/her own KPI’s,
Provide sales-enhancing solutions at points of sales doing business at a loss,
Support implementation of current campaigns from consignee stores and following up the applicability of them,
Keep close track of competitors; conduct probings into market; and monitor the trends and ensure a good alignment with it.
