GENEL NİTELİKLER
We are looking for an 'International Medical Consultant' to be employed in our Head Office in Medical Park and Liv Hospitals Group.
Qualifications:
At least bachelor’s degree in related fields,
Excellent speaking and written in one of the English, Arabic, French, Italian, Spanish and Russian languages (Speaking more than one language is plus),
Minimum 1 years sales experience in healthcare tourism (preferred in hair transplant, sleeve gastrectomy and plastic surgery industry),
Effective communication skills, customer oriented and well organized,
Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability,
Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel etc.) and relevant CRM systems,
Job Description:
To follow the processes of the applications received by the Call Center,
Making and following appointments of calls to the Call Center through digital marketing or direct marketing.
Contacting potential customers and informing them about Medical Tourism services.
Following and closing possible sales potentials into sales.
Preparing and submiting price quotes for medical packages to patients.
Entering and updating customer information in the company system,
Meeting sales quota over the phone and facilitate future sales.
