International Patient Consultant (English/French/Spanish Spoken)

About the position

The ideal candidate will create and be responsible for the most desirable and satisfactory treatment service environment by establishing a warm and friendly healthcare atmosphere and providing the best knowledge and attention through close patient relations.

What will you do;

YOU will be communicating with the Patients designated to your portfolio to respond to their detailed information requests and treatment demands.

YOU will try to reach out to them in any possible communication channels via phone calls, messenger apps, video calls, or e-mail.

YOU will promote the treatment service packages and after-care products to the patients according to their health issues and expectations.

YOU will give daily feedback to your supervisors about the communication processes and follow up on the dynamics to keep in touch with the prospects until finalising the treatment service packages sales deals,

YOU will take action according to the instructions and updates from the Team Leader and senior managers based on your regular tasks and marketing campaigns,

YOU will be working to achieve sales targets in line with the monthly and annual targets, focusing on patient satisfaction and following corporate policies and procedures.

YOU will demonstrate the necessary performance to achieve KPI Parameters and Sales targets,

YOU will resolve or report the problems and conflicts that arise in the ongoing communication with the patients.

What you need to have;

YOU must have fluency in speaking in Advanced or Native level ENGLISH or FRENCH or SPANISH;having a second foreign language proficiency, such as German, Italian, or other languages, is a plus.

YOU must have Self-Confidence, be an extrovert, chill and have a chatty personality with a presentable posture that pays well attention to her/his appearance.

YOU must have adopted the principle of providing effective communication and friendly service in the management of prospect and patient relations,

YOU must carry the initiative and responsibility of implementing customer satisfaction-oriented solutions and approaches based on the service quality principles of the institution,

If YOU have experience in the healthcare service sector working in Reconstructive Aesthetic and Plastic Surgeries, Hair Transplantation, Maxillofacial Surgery, Dental Aesthetics, and Obesity Surgery, it is a plus.

APPLICANT MUST BE RESIDING IN ISTANBUL, TURKEY OR CAN RELOCATE TO ISTANBUL WITHOUT DEMANDING ANY VISA SPONSORSHIP AND RELOCATION ALLOWANCE.

YOU should not have any obstacles to working in hybrid working days and hours even at the weekend (remotely) due to time differences in targetted marketing countries such as university education, master's degree studies or family care to attend.
