Qualifications:
· Bachelors degree preferably from tourism administration, interpretation, medical related academic programmes, business schools,
· Proficiency in English, both in written and verbal communication,
Preferred to be 20-35 ages
· Strong communication skills,
· Friendly, strong presentation, representation and persuasion skills,
· Advance crisis management skills with multi-dimensional approach towards daily problems of the patients both in the short and long run,
· Multi-tasking skills with many partners involved in the work flow, such as doctors, hospitals, third parties etc,
· German, Swedish, Spanish, French, Italian as a second language is an asset,
· Adaptation to flexible working hours and schedule, and backing up field position when needed,
· Improved planning, organization, coordination and follow-up skills,
· No domestic or international travel barriers if needed in the future,
Job Definition:
· Reaching out to upcoming patients to plan their visits and arrival through varying communication intermediaries,
· Providing introduction and support to patients by any mean of communication,
· Being responsive and on time to cover patient questions/demands/concerns until the planned arrival,
· Introduction and presentation of add-on services to reach out the targeted upsell volume,
· Planning and organizing transportations, clinical visits, appointments with highly appreciated on time manner,
· Working on a tight/packed schedule from time to time, and relocation to hospital or aftercare facility if needed,
· Ensuring the continuity of work flow by close follow up and constant communication with patients and associated sections/departments,
· Gathering the necessary documents and payments from patients and deliver to related departments without any missing contents.
