  • Experienced in Orthopedics, Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation, Dermatology and Plastic Surgery branches,
  • Experienced in team management,
  • Good problem solving and coordination skills,
  • Analytical thinking, able to make data-based decisions,
  • Success-oriented and highly motivated,
  • Having strong communication and persuasion skills,
  • Giving importance to appearance and proper diction,
  • Holding a driver's license and actively driving,
  • Having no objections to domestic and international travels,
  • Having completed their military service for male candidates,

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Conducting foreign market research,
  • Finding new customers, managing existing customers, tracking customer targets,
  • To manage the company's foreign sales strategies based on the market conditions and to determine the relevant sales channels,
  • Establishing and managing estimated sales targets, quotas and sales budget,
  • To prepare regular reports about the Customer - Country - Region,
  • To follow up the production-shipment of customer orders and to manage the collection processes,
  • To ensure the management of customer complaints,
  • To observe and follow the operation of competitor companies that produce and sell similar products,
  • To be able to create regular reports of operations and present them to management,
  • Representing the business in external organizations,
  • To follow and record the entire international lead process and to fully implement the following action plans,
  • Managing the catalog, stand, promotion and advertisement requests of the company's products,
  • Working closely with the design and marketing team in the production of website and digital marketing content,
  • To support the marketing department in the organization of international fairs, to represent the company, when necessary,
