QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Qualifications:

  • University degree or higher diploma,
  • Proficiency in English and at least one other language (French, Arabic, Spanish), other languages are a plus (Turkish, Italian),
  • Minimum 1-3 years demonstrated sales experience in health tourism such as dental, plastic surgery, and hair transplant (generally bundle option),
  • Knowledge of customer service practices and principles,
  • Good knowledge of relevant computer programs,
  • Able to react effectively and calmly in emergencies,
  • Able to maintain customer confidentiality,
  • Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints,
  • Good Interpersonal skills: superior listening, verbal, and written communication,
  • Excellent data entry and typing skills,
  • Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects,
  • Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection,
  • Ability to handle stressful situation appropriately,
  • Male candidates should have completed military service.

Responsibilities:

  • Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about our service using predefined scripts,
  • Answer questions about the hospital and its services,
  • Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales,
  • Enter and update customer information on company system,
  • Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation,
  • Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales,
  • Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information,
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota over the phone.
