QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Qualifications:
- University degree or higher diploma,
- Proficiency in English and at least one other language (French, Arabic, Spanish), other languages are a plus (Turkish, Italian),
- Minimum 1-3 years demonstrated sales experience in health tourism such as dental, plastic surgery, and hair transplant (generally bundle option),
- Knowledge of customer service practices and principles,
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs,
- Able to react effectively and calmly in emergencies,
- Able to maintain customer confidentiality,
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints,
- Good Interpersonal skills: superior listening, verbal, and written communication,
- Excellent data entry and typing skills,
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects,
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection,
- Ability to handle stressful situation appropriately,
- Male candidates should have completed military service.
Responsibilities:
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about our service using predefined scripts,
- Answer questions about the hospital and its services,
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales,
- Enter and update customer information on company system,
- Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation,
- Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales,
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information,
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota over the phone.
