QUALIFICATIONS
· Bachelor's degree in related fields
· Minimum 5 years experience at retail sector
· Excellent command of written & spoken English (second language will be an asset)
· Advanced level MS office knowledge
· Advanced planning and reporting skills
· To have analytical thinking, solution-oriented working understanding
· Team work oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Able to travel abroad
· B drivers License ( active driving is required )
· No military obligations for male candidates
JOB DESCRIPTION
· Organizing visits to new store locations, conducting research on commercial suitability
· Preparing SWOT analysis for senior management approval
· To perform Pre-Sales, Sales and after-sales operations & services within MADAME COCO service standards
· Applying flawless product presentation in all stores
· Analyze and report possible risks associated with store activities
· Establishment of preventive systems to improve the problems identified as a result of store inspections and counting results
· Conducting reviews of target-turnover and profitability in stores
