Visual merchandising/presentation experience with a leading specialty retailer or brand of comparable volume/ velocity; 4 years minimum preferred
Proven skills in MS Office programs
Fluency in English is a plus, second language is preferable (Russian)
Excellent visual merchandising and presentation skill set; portfolio preferred
Knowledge of industry competitive landscape and seasonal trends
Proven ability to plan, organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks efficiently
Proven ability to facilitate visual merchandising training/workshops
Ability to stretch, bend and lift moderate weight
Comfortable on ladder at various heights
Excellent communication skills and demonstrated ability to work collaboratively
Schedule flexibility to include evenings and weekends to meet demands of the business

Having knowledge of the information such as store area, floorplan, display window specifications and graphic demonstration areas and use this information in business plan
Coaching the store staff about In Street visual merchandising standards and repeat these trainings periodically. Evaluates the store performance periodically with store visual merchandising check list, for all stores. Using the system tools for encouraging staff and making recommendation to improve
Keeping track of necessary store supplies such as gift card, carrying bags, customer information cards and cloth hangers. Tracking store maintenance, repairs and renewal needs and resolves these issues through relevant units
Preparing orders for new visual requests during site visits and informs relevant sales specialists. Follows the execution for approved projects
Follows new and significant applications in the visual merchandising sector and brings those into discussion that are in line with In Street standards
Filling the VM and product SKU checklists regularly, during store visits. Preparing relevant documents for reward–penalty score for that point of sales
Works on the floor plan with related teams. Ensures those store layout and furniture placements are in line with retail requirements
