We are looking for a "Interpreter Coordinator" with the following qualifications to take part in a Global project carried out by Manpower Group in Turkey.
Job Description
• Coordinate interpreters working at PDMMs,
• Carry out employment, transfer, official letter etc. procedures of interpreters
• Carry out actions related to the annıal planning o interpreters and coordinate relevant units
• Support preparing training materials for interpreters and organize the trainings
• Support updating performance materials of interpreters and monitor performance forms
• Collect requests from PDMMs and assess those in the planning phase
• Establish and maintain coordination between PMM, UNHCR and the firm in employmend/assisgnment of interpreters
• Provide translation/interpretation for the unit when needed
• Perform other task that may be assigned by supervisors.
Desirable Qualifications and Competencies
• Completion of at least undergraduate degree
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs especially Excel
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Good computer skills, particularly in data entry, data management and reporting
• Good command of English both verbally and in writing, ablitiy to provide translation/interpretation when needed
• Strong organizational skills
