In the second quarter of 2019, Çimsa signed the agreement for the acquisition of Buñol, the white cement plant with Europe's most advanced production technology.
For our growing organization, we are currently looking for a strong profile to join our team as Investment Executive - Mechanical.
Job Description
- Ensuring the application of working methods in accordance with the laws on OHS;
- Monitoring the personnel participate in OHS training, meetings and studies, and to ensure that adequate precautions are taken for occupational accidents.
- Managing subcontractors in investment projects
- Preparing technical specifications of investment projects
- Following the budget of investment projects and to control the budget
- Creating the project calendar for the mechanical works of investment projects, ensuring the realization of the determined calendar
- Ensuring the commissioning of projects
- Carrying out the relations with the supervisors required in the projects
- Controlling and following the implementation of the projects in the field by subcontractor
- Ensuring the coordination of the relevant units involved in the investment processes with each other.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering,
- At least 7 years of field and office experience in investment projects
- Very good command of English
- Having experience in subcontractor management
- Preferably having experience in investment projects in the Cement, Gypsum, Mining or Iron and Steel sector
- Preferably have Cement Process knowledge
- Ability to use MS Office, MS Project, Autocad and SAP

İş Tanımı
- İSG konusunda yasalara uygun çalışma metotları uygulamasını sağlamak; personelin İSG eğitim, toplantı ve çalışmalarına katılmasını sağlamak, iş kazaları için yeterli önlem alınmasını sağlamak.
- Yatırım projelerinde taşeron yönetimini yapmak
- Yatırım projelerinin teknik şartnamelerini hazırlamak
- Projelerin sahada , taşeronlar tarafından uygulanmasını sağlamak , kontrol etmek
- Yatırım projelerinin bütçe takibni yapmak ve bütçe kontrolünü sağlamak
- Yatırım projeleri mekanik işleri proje takvimini oluşturmak, belirlenen takvimin gerçekleşmesini sağlamak
- Projelerin devreye alınmasını sağlamak
- Projelerde gerekli olan süpervizörler ile ilişkileri yürütmek
- Yatırım süreçlerine dahil olan ilgili birimlerin birbiri ile koordinasyonunu sağlamak
