For our growing organization, we are looking for an "Investor Relations Senior Specialist" to be based in Kontrolmatik Technologies Headquarter, Koza Plaza Office,Esenler.
About the Role;
- · Act as a principal spokesperson for the company and builds strong relationships with key analysts, investors, and related stakeholders,
- · Develop and monitors performance metrics for the investor relations function,
- · Takes part in events such as investor roadshows and conferences and support senior management in participating,
- · Contribute to the preparation of company presentations, quarterly and annual reports
- · Build investor confidence in the company’s vision to deliver shareholder value,
- · Work with colleagues to prepare convincing arguments in relation to topical issues and concerns relevant to the financial markets, including gathering of data, analysis, and presentation
- · Professional Background/Qualifications;
- · Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- · Min. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline,
- · Deep knowledge of financial modeling techniques used by investors and analysts. Develop and maintain financial models for company and its peers to understand key drivers of growth, profitability, and value creation
- · Min.4 years of experience in an investor relations department in the private sector.
- · Proactive self-starter approach to client service
- · Independent problem-solving is a plus
- · Team-oriented approach
- · Strong time management skills
- · Entrepreneurial spirit that can be applied to building an IR advisory practice
- · Proficient command of Microsoft Office, as well as financial platforms (e.g. Bloomberg, Refinitiv), with the ability to conduct research and analysis using these programs
Job Description:
· Taking active role in the coordination of the information about shareholders,
· Promoting about Kontrolmatik Technologies to individual and/or corporate, international and/or local investors,
· Making true, complete and accurate preparation of promotional tools; updating communication tools - such as website, company presentation, annual report etc. - on a regular basis, to provide to the shareholders accurate and complete information about the company,
· Organizing investors’ meetings and roadshows to both existing and potential investors and shareholders, in order to provide regular information about the major activities, financial position, and the strategies of the company,
· Informing investors regularly about the company, sector, economic developments and developments of Turkish capital market by attending the investors’ meetings and conferences,
· Monitoring performance and result oriented metrics in monthly and quarterly basis, analyzing and presenting financial, sector trends, competitor behaviors etc.,
· Satisfying the information requests of analysts, ratings agencies and research professionals conducting research about the company; regular sharing of methods of analysis and key points to provide an insight to the comments of analysts,
