Are you ready to take the position of Information Investor Relations Senior Specialist/ Specialist in locating in Finance&Strategy Group?

Responsibilities

· Work on preparation of Bank financial statements and its footnotes in compliance with BRSA (BDDK) andIFRS

· Prepare reports for consolidation with main shareholders,

· Oversee and prepare the Bank’s Annual Report and interim report, investor presentations and IR website, ensuring that shareholders have access to accurate and complete information,

· Take responsibility lease certificate issuance and make public disclosures,

· Carrying out operational assignments regarding Bank’s affiliates (Asset Lease Companies),

· Responsible for overseeing quarterly earnings and support main shareholder’s investor conference calls,

· Analyze and present financial trends, shareholder issues, and anything else that could impact the Business,

· Create a strong reputation by demonstrating consistent and clear communication between internal and external parties,

· Work with internal departments to ensure compliance on capital market regulatory matters,

· Carrying out the relations of the company with the regulatory agencies such as CMB of Turkey, Central Registry Agency

· Helping the preparations for the General Assembly meeting in accordance with the legislation, articles of association and in-house regulations,

· Prepare Annual Rating presentation for Rating companies. (FITCH rating company)

Requirements

· Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting or related fields required

· 3+ yearsof experience inbig 4 audit companies or financial services with a focus on investor relations

· Strong financial and analytical skills, to be able to fulfill financial reporting responsibilities

· Preferably having CMB Level 3 License.
