QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for colleagues as “Investor Relations Specialist” / “Investor Relations Assistant Specialist” to join our Zorlu Holding Investor Relations team, which is responsible for the investor relations activities of the Group’s 3 listed companies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration or Engineering,
- Having 1-5 years of experience in investor relations, equity research, corporate finance or strategy,
- Excellent proficiency in spoken and written English,
- Preferably having Capital Markets Activities Level 3 and Corporate Governance Rating Specialist Licenses,
- Excellent proficiency in MS Office applications,
- Experience in financial statement analysis, financial modelling, capital markets and IFRS/CMB reporting,
- Good presentation and reporting skills,
- Good at analytical thinking, research and problem solving and being result oriented,
- Multitasking ability in a high stress environment, efficient and adept at meeting deadlines,
- Coordination capabilities with different departments and fields, comfortable working with professionals at all levels of seniority,
- Strong interpersonal skills, emotional maturity and self-motivation,
- No military obligation for male candidates.
