QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Qualifications:
- Enthusiasm for iOS development, beautiful, pragmatic code and an eye for simplicity
- Understanding and experience with the iOS SDK, UIKit, Foundation and Unit Test framework
- Know how to use Instruments (Leaks, Object Allocations, etc)
- Programming skills in Objective-C
- Programming skills in Swift
- Strong know-how in object-oriented software design and architectural patterns
- Experience with client/server architectures using HTTP, REST, XML, JSON and SQL
- Understanding of API design and RESTFUL principle
- Good level of reading in English is preferred
- Background in ecommerce product experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Help architect, build, iterate and manage clients mobile application
- Ensure that code is compliant with latest design standards and best-practices
- Help to raise the overall skill and quality level through pairing, design/code reviews, and mentoring
- Research and prototype solutions to difficult problems
- Partner closely with product management to continuously improve the client app
- Collaborate with Engineering and QA to resolve bugs
