QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Main Responsibilities

• Plan and implement effective and dynamic marketing strategies analyzing the markets and defining long and short -term objectives for current portfolio and new products
• Develop business plans that highlight competitive landscape and customer needs.
• Segment and position the products according to different market needs and competitors’ products.
• Create communication plans with marketing team in printed and digital media to enhance brand positioning.
• Manage communications with sales force and other peers and all strategic partners to ensure marketing objectives are met. Maintain close relations with the sales force to ensure interchange of information.
• Drive product vision, roadmap and strategy with business cases, product success metrics, design thinking, customer feedback, market research and competitive analysis
• Develop competition tools for sales team.
• Develop product launch programs in coordination with marketing and sales team to fulfill market needs.
• Providing trainings for customers, solution partners and sales team in order to enhance competitive strength.
• Support product documentation requirements, including formal communication and presentations
• Responsible for product success, market penetration, competition and financials
• Partner with RD team to bring Product Vision to life and inspire the team by driving design thinking mindset for developers and researchers.
• Have a bias to action and a proven track record of delivering minimum viable products and business models to market at rapid speed

Required Qualifications

• University degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering is a must, MBA is a plus,
• At least 4 years experience in a similar role,
• Fluent English in speaking and writing,
• Advanced in MS Office applications,
• Creative and strategic thinking, result and quality oriented approach and good communication skills,
• Good analytical, and organizational skills,
• Effective presentation skill,
• Experience working with Agile Methodologies,
• Team player and customer focused.
